If your order arrives damaged or compromised in transit, please contact us at customercare@damgoodenglishmuffins.com within 24 hours of delivery, and include photos if applicable, so we can assist you. For purposes of this policy, “damaged or compromised in transit” includes visible spoilage, such as mold, when it appears to have resulted from shipping delays or other conditions while the package was in transit.
