How do I login to my account to manage my subscriptions?
Click the three lines on the top left corner of our website and select the "Manage Subscription" button at the bottom of the menu. Login with either your email or phone number that you used on your first subscription order.
How can I edit or cancel my sourdough English muffin subscription?
To edit or cancel your subscription, login to your account and click "Edit Frequency," or "Cancel," respectively.
How do I change my subscription delivery date or edit my order frequency?
To change your subscription delivery date, login to your account and click "Set Delivery." From there, you can select a new date for your next subscription delivery. Please note that this is the date that the next order will be placed, and will affect all future orders.
To edit your order frequency, login to your account and click "Edit Frequency." From there, you will be able to select a new cadence for your subscription delivery.
How do I skip a delivery?
To skip an English muffin delivery, login to your account and click "Skip Next." This means that your subscription will be skipped for the next delivery cycle. To skip future deliveries, go to "Upcoming Deliveries" under "See More Details."
I would like to add other products to my subscription, is this possible?
Yes! Login to you account and click "Add-on Subscription Product to all Deliveries" or "Select One Time Add-on."
Can I subscribe to other products that you sell or just to your English muffins?
Yes, you can subscribe to any of our Add-on Items.
Will you notify me before each shipment?
Yes, you will receive an email and/or text message 3 days before your subscription is set to renew.
Can I gift an English muffin subscription?
Yes, you can gift an English muffin subscription by selecting the box that says "Is this a gift?" on the product page(s) for which you like to gift. From there, select the number of deliveries you'd like the recipient to receive, fill in their name, their email address and a note (optional).
Can I subscribe and pick up my order at your wholesale bakery?
No, subscriptions are not yet available for curbside pickup.
